This right here is a slam dunk:
Erin was elected in 2016, but had a Democratic challenger in 2018 and lost. Even so, Everytown helped get her elected, and with her spouse (Alyse) working for Everytown in MN, it’s a direct violation and all parties should be held accountable. They won’t be, though, as these people (and Everytown) seem to be able to exempt themselves from campaign finance violations, as proven in the Lucy McBath link at the top of this article.
