Very good point. Anyone that knows ANYTHING about home built guns is that in order to transfer one (such as selling it) requires a serial number. Not like the criminals are going to do so, but this could have an unintended consequence for the firearm prohibitionists lol. Remember, all serial numbers must be MDA*****
