This is interesting to say the least. People on multiple forums are reporting they got these letters sent via FedEx to them. ATF used the company’s customer list and mailed the letter out to people on it. The agent listed is real.

The alarming thing about this is that the ATF is targeting people via a “Minority Report” type of phishing expedition. How long until they target people who buy shoe laces?
If you send fraudulent letters via FedEx, you can't be charged with Mail Fraud!
