Virginia, get this to your elected county officials take a look at. PDF and Word (for easy editing) formats. The Virginia Democrats have made it CLEAR that they will use their power to take possible extreme measures (such as using military force) to enforce their unconstitutional gun control laws aimed at oppressing the citizens of Virginia. AG Herring already believes the 2A sanctuary movement is BS and any/all laws enacted “will be enforced. Herring, ironically, has given permission (via an opinion) to law enforcement in Virginia to release suspected illegal immigrants that are arrested in order to defy ICE (guess they’re more important than legal US citizens).
They VA Dems are not playing around. They despise gun owners and think “they’re just like little kids”. A resolution such as this ups the ante and says gun owners are NOT playing around either. We are serious. Virginia is NOT New York (where the money that put these people into power came from) and never will be.
What the Virginia Democrats are doing is openly Violating the civil rights of all Virginians. It is the duty of elected officials to stand against it. Resistance to unjust/illegal laws is part of our history. Just because it’s a law doesn’t make it ethical or moral. Taken from link in previous sentence (even Ghandi understood this):
