ATF violates the 1st Amendment on top of the 2nd in Form 1 denial

Wow ATF, just wow. Not only did you just help sink the NFA further into the legal abyss, but you ALSO denied a former contributor to Mom-At-Arms (here’s his article, great read) his suppressor stating that his “god given rights” are not a valid reason to exercise his 2A right, which is “god given”. Further, you just proved the NFA is a “may issue”, not “shall issue”. Oh boy, this gonna get good!

This man had a dual layer infringement applied against him and he wasn’t taking it. Just imagine if everyone else flooded the gun rights groups with similar instances of clear cut constitutional violations of a “shall issue” system regarding the 1A and 2A. Well done, sir.
